Cancellation Insurance

 

Flight Reservations:

To hold confirmed air space we must receive payment within 7 days of confirmation or flight will be cancelled at day 7 before 6 pm.

Land arrangements:

We require a $100 deposit per person 'planning to go' deposit before proceeding with reservations, once our itinerary has been accepted, to be credited to cost of Trip.

Full payment:

must take place between 30 to 45 days prior to departure.

  

 

Travel Insurance:

Because unexpected events might occur forcing the cancellation of your trip we strongly recommend that you contact a Travel Insurance company.

Cancellation Charges:

When cancellation happens 45 days prior to departure , deposit is forfeited. Between 30 to 45 days prior to de-parture, deposit + 25 % of Tour cost, between 15 to 30 days prior to departure, deposit + 50 % of Tour cost. Less than 2 weeks prior to departure, deposit and 100% of Tour cost.

We no longer issue PTAs for foreigners wishing to buy their airline tickets through our Buenos Aires office. We have come to the conclusion that there no significant advantages for your vacations Argentina.
