I appreciate all the useful advice herein. I will be in the Esteros de Iberá in September, and I wanted afterwards to go north to Paraguay. Please give me advice on how to get from Esteros de Iberá to Posadas (without going back via Mercedes) and into Paraguay. Is it then possible to see some of the Paraguayan Jesuit missions and some other fun Paraguayan sites and villages before travelling west to reenter Argentina near Corrientes or Residencia, or is that impossible? Are the only entries back into Argentina at Encarnación/Posadas or Asunción/Clorinda? Any help would be gratefully received. (Message edited by admin on July 28, 2006) |
