Does anyone have feedback about TAM Airlines? I have never flown with them before (first trip to Bs As in July!) and anything online I have found regarding customer service is really a mixed bag. Any positive or negative firsthand experience anyone would like to share? | ||

We flew in economy from Heathrow to BA via Sao Paulo in late Dec 07 and returned early Jan 08. It was a great experience - new plane, excellent cabin staff, pretty good food, and good leg room. There was some confusion at Sao Paulo over the gate number for the onwarde flight. But we would certainly use them again. | ||

I always prefer TAM when going to S. America. Over the past few years I really do not have anything to say negative about them. | ||
