Well, this is something unique in Buenos Aires, when the year ends, and people throw from the windows peaces of paper to celebrate. Carla, welcome! Buenos Aires for sure. Or even better, some of the beaches. Research all of them from Pinamar to Carilo including Mar del Plata. And don't forget a New year's escapade to Punta del Este. That may do it. |
