Four of us will be returning from Mendoza on Aerolineas arriving at Jorge Newberry/Aeroparque at 11.22 (are they punctual?). We need then to get to EZE for a TAM flight to Rio dJ at 13.15. Could someone please let me know whether 2 hours is enough time? How long will a cab/van take from Newberry to EZE? In anticipation, many thanks |

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I would say your odds are not great. No, Aerolineas is not punctual but either are Brazilian airlines. Chances one or both of your flights will be late, there is just no way of knowing which one. You need to carry on your luggage because baggage claim on a good day can take time, especially at lunch time. The drive from aeroparque is 45min-1:15 or more. You also need to deal with airport taxes/immigration at EZE. You are cutting it very close. I recommend changing to a later flight to rio (18:00 OR later), flying Lan from Mendoza or going out the next day. Good luck. |

It's very hard, since many flights get delayed. Also, you should check in within 2 hours, that means 11:15 AM in EZE! The ride can take more than 40 mins, depending on all the parking, etc. You should try another alternative |

Many thanks for these postings. Supposing we get to Jorge Newberry/Aeroparque earlier at 9.17. Assuming the flight is not late (I hear your warnings), that would leave 4 hours before our flight at 13.15. Or should we be ultra safe and return the night before? Thoughts? |

If flight it's not delayed it's all right. Otherwise itīs safer to stay in BA and have fun the night before, but don't drink too much! drinks in excess can also delay a departure! |
