Hello!
I need an advice. My husband and I are arriving in Argentina in the end of this week. I organized part of our trip, and I bought bus tickets from Andesmar.com web site. When I was buying the second pair of thickets, I did not have a chance to print the confirmation page. My credit card was charged for the tickets, and I can see online that the seats I have chosen are still taken. I tried to call the bus company, but the few times I got connected, there was not a person who could answer me in English. I also have emailed the company, but as of today I do not have an answer. What do I need to prove that I have purchase the tickets. As always, thank you for all your help! We are so excited that our trip is only a few days away.

Perhaps a good idea it's get your tickets with a reliable travel agency, like travelsur.

I didn't ask for a smart a _ _ answer. I simply used this forum to ask for suggestions to deal with the situation I am in.
Perhaps, it is not a good idea to ridicule others, and if you do not want to help you could just pass.

Andesmar has not a good reputation, they oversale tickets, that's was my point.

This answer sounds a little different than your first one. I used Andesmar as this is the only company I could buy tickets online. This bus company was also recomended during one of the discussion at this forum. Thank you for your help!

Maia: i just have a few words with the company and they told me that you should receive the tickets on your email. They also told me thatif you call to this number 00542614054300 they should know english.

If none of the above works, email me the information when possible. Destination, passenger's full name, departure time and date.

Thank you all for your quick answers and desire to help. I just liked Adnesmar easy operating website, and I really hope that my printer paper jam that created this problem would be the only hoop we have to jump.

Its everything ok with your tickets.
They told me you made the reservation on Nov 20th seat 4 - 5 from Puerto Madryn to Neuquen.

Thank you all again for your help! I have the tickets via email.
You all have been a great help organizing our trip. It makes the trip more exiting knowing that we will meet a lot more nice people as all of you. Hopefully I will be able to thank some of you in person.
