Is there a reliable local car rental company that 1) allows its cars to be driven outside of Argentina (to, say, Chile and Bolivia) 2) gives unlimited mileage 3) can beat Budget to prices? I rented a car from Budget last January and it was a sweet deal but that time I did not go outside Argentina and now they have hiked up their prices and done away with free mileage. ARGH!
