Hello There, My wife & I are basing ourselves in BA for 5-weeks starting 1st January 07. We plan to do a couple of extended weeekend side-trips starting with Mar Del Plata (or similar). Questions: Is there a regular passenger rail service from BA to Mar Del Plata? How long is the journey... I know it is around 400Kms but is it a fast train? Do they still have smoking cars on the trains in Argentina?... 400Kms is a long way to go without a ciggie. Geoff Pearson | ||
