Hola. My friend an I are travelling to Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay in novembre - decembre. My question is: is 3 weeks enough to make this destination, we were planning to take only busses and a ferry (MNV-BA). Or is it better to take a plane? If three weeks is enough, can you tell me what more to see on this road? In Rosario, can you go visit Che's birth house? Thank you, Martina from Slovenia | ||

Hello Martina, you can surely visit Ernesto Guevara's birth house while in Rosario, although I don't know much about it. Not sure how meaningful it is, anyway, since his family moved right after he was born and he grew up in Alta Gracia, Cordoba. But I heard people visiting it... Three weeks might be plenty of time depending on which destinations you decide to visit in Argentina. Uruguay is a short trip from BA so it may not take up too much of your time, but if you include patagonia and Paraguay distances may be great and you may end up rushing through some locations. You can safely do the ferry to Uruguay and take a bus from BA to Iguazu, then cross into Paraguay and back to BA. Adding more destinations may require traveling by plane. |
