Hello, we are a young couple (22, 24, non-smokers) who are planning to make a trip Mendoza- Fiambala - Copiapo- La serena- Santiago and back to Mendoza. Our plan was to make the 2180 km in 5 days from 17 to 21 of November 2008, sleeping at local hostels, visiting the natural spa in Fiambala, crossing the boarder to Chile in "Paso San Francisco", stopping at the Laguna verde, and at the coast La Serena in Chile.
