In December my family will be travelling from San Pedro Chile to Salta, then spending some time travelling south from Salta. we fly home from Santiago but would like to cross back over into Chile through the Elqui valley. Does anyone know if there is bus service along this route from Argentina to Chile? | ||

This is very specific. You can contact all bus companies that operate in Salta. They may not cross into Chile but they will surely know if there are any local bus services departing from Salta to Chile through the "Valle de Lerma" (Elqui Valley).
