Neil, Not sure exactly what the cost will be but it's peanuts compared to U.S. We're getting ready to buy a car and have been shopping around. One thing is if you plan to buy you'll need your CDI in order to register the car. You could try posting also in the Buenos Aires Yahoo groups newcomers forum and you might get a couple of people who will know. Laura |

Patrick CDI is a personal document identification for people are not argentinian. The cost to buy a car is between 10.000 or 15.000 US dolars brand new if you need a used car less, if you want a expensive one could be 20.000 or 30.000 us dolars, regards, Maxim |

We have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma with full coverage including road assistance, the premium is about US$500 a year. Suerte! |
