Hi Marilin, you can check the various neighborhoods of Palermo, Las Canitas, or even consider going out to the suburbs to the Zona Norte like San Isidro or Acasusso. The trains from Zona Norte make the city very accessible. If you need health care coverage I have a really good contact at Medicus if you want to pm me.
