I am a English teacher, TESOL certified and would like to apply for teaching positions in Argentina. I have looked on our teaching sites but there are very few vacancies. Does anyone know of a list of schools teaching english, that I could go through and send a forwarding letter and CV. The information Robert gave me about my chocolate cafe was very encouraging and am thinking of living in BA to search for areas of interest. Thanking you. David |

Thank you very much for replying. Please give me as much information as you like, an e mail address would be super. As I said I have my TESOL certificate and could be in Argentina in no time. I look forward to your reply. David |

There is always seems to be a market for native speakers here as there are so many classes or demand comepting for busness, but you may have to go for less than what you think you might make. The going rate apparantly is 15 to 35 pesos an hour depening if you solo or do it through a school, but if you can hack that it it's a hoot...chau |

Thanks WTMendoza; It's not about the money, although that always helps! We are really looking forward to visiting Argentina. Have heard lots of wonderful things about your city. Ruth |
