I am going to stay 8 months in Buenos, at "Barrio Congreso". I am wondering what is best: 1) go by airplane or 2) by car. If I choose the last option, I will have to worry about car parking next to my house. Does anyone Known how much it will cost? |

Giovana, not sure I understand your inquiry... Congreso is very close to downtown Buenos Aires. You can get there from Ezeiza international airport by shuttle. While in the city, you can travel back and forth to Congreso using the vast network of public transportation (buses, subway) which is actually pretty good and inexpensive. If you buy or rent a car you will be adding a huge headache to your trip. Driving conditions are nasty and in the last couple of years there have been a super abundance of vehicles. Believe me, you will be happier walking. |

I'm Brazilian and as far as I know there's an agreement between both countries that make citizenship easier after 3-month stay as a tourist...is that true? |
