Why are the prices for renting apartments in Baires so extremly high? I´m trying to find out the pricelevel for apartments and i´m so surprised of how high it is, its seems that the market isn´t that strong, demand vs supply? thanks | ||

Hi Swede By global standards the prices are not high in Buenos Aires. Can you elaboarate on what you mean - e.g. are you referring to short-term rentals, serviced apartments, luxury rentals or long-term lets (2 yrs)? refering to renting furnished appartments 3-8 months in attractive neighbourhoods such as palermo soho and las canitas its fairly expensive according to an not luxuruos standard but in a house with some facilities such as maybe pool and gym . comparing with european prices. But it seems to be a great supply that should maybe lower the prices a little bit, but are there many americans that find the prices reasonable coming from the US? |
