Dear Marc, we have made a few calls today (to Cordoba) and are awaiting responses. Generally speaking, Cordoba river streams and riffles are not in anyone's map, however, we are hopeful that we may find someone there. I wouldn't expect the type of fishing you can get in other areas of Argentina, though. Gary, information is difficult to come by. Cordoba is better known for their horse riding, trekking, diving, mountain bike and hunting opportunities than for fly fishing. I know for a fact that there is some fly fishing going on but in a smaller scale. Even the state agency for tourism would not publish a seasonal calendar for fishing, only for hunting, which seems prevalent. I just shot an email to the local office for state tourism and I am hoping to get some answers in the coming week.
