*waves to everyone in Buenos Aires* anyone know of a good size, roomy, 2bm apartment or house, suitable for 3 adults, all three people would require their own bed, so three separate beds. The apartment is wanted for one month around mid Sep - mid Oct 2010, dates yet to be finalised. Areas considered are: Palermo (not soho) Belgrano, Recoleta and Barrio... Thank you! Regarding your questions: -One month: US 2100.- -No other costs: all included. Maid service once a week included aswell. -There are elevetors going to the top. -The top floor is the 11th. Last floor of the building. -The entrance to the apartment is on the 10th. -The building has open view. It is in the back front of the building and you can appreciate through the pictures the buildings in front are far away. -The building is safe. Has a Portero and an assistant so, from 8am to 12 and from 5 to 8 the Portero is around. -No Security Personel. If you had any other question, please let me know. Carmen | ||

The apartment is wanted for one month SEP - OCT Areas considered are: Palermo (not soho) Belgrano, Recoleta and Barrio... If you know of a nice, clean, safe 2bm apartment with all the modern facilities for three foreigners please let me know here on the thread or message me. We would love a view, full kitchen facilities, phone, high speed internet etc We would ideally love a view, high rise apartment OR ground floor, close to all amenities, subway, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants etc. We are not drinkers or party goers or into the club scene so prefer a quieter neighbourhood. We are also non smokers. We are ages 37 - 49, three married women, who love the cafe scene, sightseeing and shopping and bargains! We do not want to be overcharged, but are happy to pay the going rate, we have BA friends who are advising us of what is the "norm" for BA... Our budget: $950USD - $1350USD we would prefer to have three bigger beds rather than three twin beds or three single beds We are three mature adults, one of us coming to BA for surgery and two friends are accompanying for support and vacation time. The apartment will be well looked after and cared for. We look forward to hearing back from you and would love all details and photos on any properties that you think may suit our needs. I will double check with the hosting provider to make sure all scripts are running fine. They made changes not too long ago, so... As for the delay receiving alerts, there is a lag set in purpose to prevent spamming. It is a safety feature. So alerts will not be mail immediately after someone posts but with a lag. I will come back to this thread after I hear from the hosting provider. | ||
