If you are refering to Calle Maipu in the downtown area this apartment is some distance away, the apartment is seven blocks from Congresso National on Entre Rios where it meets Callao. I don't know if you are aware but long term rental need a garantia which means you have secure the long term return with like a security of a real property. You will observe that agency can only rent short term up to six months, nothing saying you can't renew but remember the rents are higher. Just wanted to inform you. | ||
