Two week stay in BA

I'm wondering if someone could recommend either a good hotel or an apt that I could rent for the two weeks. I will *probably* be traveling by myself & want to be in the Recoleta or other central area. I'm from NYC so am used to large cities but obviously would like to be in a safe area. For apartments you can check apartmentsba.com. Michael, its founder/owner has specialized in renting out places in that neighborhood. You can read some of his threads here in this forum. His nick is Saint or Apartmentsba. Hotel recommendations are very subjective. Coming from NYC you might appreciate something that is non-mainstream. As I mentioned in your other thread you can take a look at the Art Hotel. We had another batch of furious spam. Once one of these attacks begins there is not much I can do... They basically ruin 3 years of work. I can make the forum a lot tighter but that will mean that all posts will go through an approval process. Not very convenient. We tracked down 2 IPs so far. One is from Poland, the other one from a network: 12.199.42.169 and 212.106.129.12 These have been given to the FBI, FTC and some other agencies and internet institutions for reporting/investigation. If we have any chance we will try to find out where this has originated but I am no hacker so I have little hope. I think it is time for you to think about doing some sort of approval process. I am a member of many of other forums, and none of this sort happens.
