Some years ago I found - by accident - a place similar to an outlet / factory sale in Buenos Aires. It was somewhere between Avenida 9 de Julio / Avendia Entre Rios and Avenida Santa Fee and the Autopista to the airport. They sold excellent good quality leather products such as bags, shoes, belts, etc. The door to the shop was just like any other door, nothing specific.
