I am thinking you want to look into "talleres de cocina" more than in organizations/schools. This may be smaller groups and more fun. Plus schools or institutes might be more expensive and cater to the professional, unless that is what you want. I looked into some searches and found mostly pro institutes offering specialty classes and similar. From the sites I looked into all these looked very good.
