Start a company on a Student Visa

I have immense experience in this domain but my pockets are quite shallow ƒº I recently approached a lawyer in BA and he advised that the best option for me is to enroll in a local university and enter in the country on a student visa. Once I am in the country the lawyer will help me incorporate the company, appoint me as the managing director change my student visa into a work visa I need your help in verifying 1)Can a foreigner who is on a student visa incorporate a company? 2)Can a student visa be converted into a work visa? 3)Can there be any tax related issues which you can foresee?
