You may have to contact the SENASA that is the authority on all matters related to animal husbandry, etc. They may in turn ask you to go through the "Secretaria de Agricultura, ganaderia, mineria y pesca" at http://www.sagpya.mecon.gov.ar/new/0-0/ganaderia/i ndex.php . They deal with imports of seeds I know. The yak may come under the "bovines" for clasification purposes as it belongs to the same genus as the normal cattle (Bos) |
