Dear Erna,
Our heartfelt thanks for everything you did to make our trip to your country most enjoyable. All the arrangements ran smoothly -- the transfers, the hotel bookings and the tour arrangements. Thanks, in particular, from Alan for sending your office lad in search of the dropped wallet and for helping out with cancellation phone numbers.
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the sight of the Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side, but we liked the town of Salta and its fascinating environs, too, and also Peurto Madryn's wildlife sanctuary with its elephant seals, penguins and sea lions. Buenos Aires is beautiful with its 'green belt' along the river and the waterways of Tigre; we found the tango show excellent and also enjoyed the gaucho horses and the superb barbeque.
We were pleased to have the opportunity to meet you and wish you every success in the future.
