Dear Erna,
I have been meaning to write to you for the last couple of weeks so here goes.
Thanks for the hospitality you gave to Dorothy and me it was very much appreciated. We both enjoyed South America so much that we intend coming back in the not too distant future. We had a good time in Chile, although it was much shorter than we would have wished but we did manage to see quite a lot in the limited time.
We toured both North and South Island in New Zealand then flew to Sydney guess what the two old girls climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge!!! We then flew to Cairns for a few days and visited the Great Barrier Reef it was very hot there.
Our final country was Japan...
We are having some lovely weather at the moment, and Stamford Bridge and York both look very beautiful the tourists have started arriving in York so it is quite busy why dont you visit England again if you want to visit York I can accommodate you for a week or so and also show you all the sights think about it.
