Greetings to all visitors to the Travelsur.net web site. I want to pass along my recommendation to anyone seeking travel advise and or assistance. I met Erna thru the Travelsur.net web site. She made hotel and air reservations for me on a fairly short notice. The hotels were exactly what type of hotels I was looking for and the flights Erna was able to arrainge for me worked out perfectly. Erna is a wonderful, caring lady that truly goes above and beyond what is required for a travel agent. She provided me her home phone number in case I needed assistance after hours, she arrainged to have one of her employees pick me up at the domestic airort and drive me to the international airport (on his day off) and even offered to provide me space IN HER HOME sould the need arise. This is the true definition of SERVICE. If you want to deal with an honest, caring human being, do yourself a favor and contact Erna. She and her staff will treat you as an old friend, and believe me, once your trip is complete and you are back home, you will have gained a trusted friend in Erna and everyone at Travelsur.net.
