Dear Erna / Roberto,
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Argentina aided greatly by Roberto's original suggestions and subsequently by Erna arranging all the internal flights for us. (The only issues that we had, which are completely out of your control, was the lateness and schedule changing of the flights by Aerolineas, pity that it’s a monopoly!!).
Brenda and I would both like to thank you for your rapid response to all our questions and the booking of the flights prior to this holiday. Your commitment to service is excellent and we will not hesitate to recommend your agency
