Thank you so much for your gifts of rain ponchos and a shawl. Also, thanks for the cappuccinos at your office. It was certainly a pleasure to meet you. John and I just got back to Chicago yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to contact you until today. I will fax you a copy of our e-ticket receipts or do you need the original ones? Thank you for getting the refund on the Mendoza hotel and transfer. Any chance we will get a refund for the city tour that we missed as a result of our delayed arrival as well?
Again, thank you for the gifts and for making all the arrangements for a great two weeks in Argentina!
