Dear Erna,
I want to thank you and your staff for a wonderful trip to Argentina and Uruguay. You took care of all the details and this was appreciated. I told you that I did not want any surprises and there weren't any (except the hour wait to get a ticket going to Iguazu Falls, but that was not your fault). Tomorrow I am going to meet my wife in Japan and then will be going to Taiwan. On the way back will be stopping in Honolulu for 5 days.
Anyhow, thank you again and if I plan to visit South America, I hope that I will find someone like you to take care of my trip.
