Dear Erna,
we are back home after a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed all parts of our vacation but would like to thank you especially for setting up our Santiago-Easter Island trip. The hotels, transfers, and tours all went smooth as glass. The company you used were nice and professional. The Easter Island adventure was a trip of a life time. We don't know if you know this or not but as we pulled up to our hotel Principado in Santiago on the first night at midnight, they had a small chimmney fire in the restaurant attached to the hotel. There were fire trucks everywhere. They were kind enough to put us into a room at their sister hotel, just a block away. All went well, it was a nice hotel. If we ever know anyone in need of a South American tour agent, we will highly recommend you and your agency.
