Argentina is friendly regarding the importation of firearms by hunters.

There’s no need to make any permits from your home country. All it takes is to declare them upon arrival at Buenos Aires International Airport in Ezeiza. Once you arrive, you will be directed to the International Police Office prior to going through the Customs Office. You will then fill out the required papers that usually takes 15 minutes and you are done. The permits are good for 60 days and cost is $40 US per gun.
